Kingsley Joblin was a Victoria University graduate and long-time member of the faculty of Victoria University. Born in 1912 in Toronto, he attended high school in Stirling, Ontario before attaining a B.A. from Victoria College in 1932. After receiving a Bachelor Of Divinity (1936) from Emmanuel College, he was ordained into the ministry of the United Church of Canada, and went on to serve two churches in Toronto. But not before some lively Student Mission Field postings - the source of some of the most hilarious stories of travel in the mid-20th century found in this volume. Don't be fooled by the modest binding - this is some of the best writing of its kind!!
